Stupid Easy Recipes

I was totally intimidated about cooking when I moved into my first off campus apartment. My aunt, and life long mentor says to me "Girrrrrrrrrl, I have some recipes for you. They are stupid easy!" And they were: simple ingredients, quick prep, minimal clean up. I've lived by "stupid easy" as I transitioned from co-ed to parent.

That being said, I also know that as parents cooking for a family, we often have limited time to get food on the table and can get stuck in a pretty predictable cycle that doesn't inspire anyone to enjoy their meal.

So here are the stupid easy recipes that have made my life both seamless and enjoyable.
