Ok lets start with the basics: I'm a new englander. I am a parent of twins, a mom with a hard work hustle. I also love the arts and movement and I put my family, friends included, above all else.
I am all of these things, and the challenge of learning how to combine all parts of myself into one person has been by far the most rewarding and vigorous processes in my life.
I will define and redefine what this site is and how to use it over the course of my own exploration and evolution. I invite you on this journey with me as we explore the things that hurt and the things that heal, the ways to make life easier and the challenges that make life a little bit sweeter.  But most of all...
